Testing ground at the end of the season saw him produce his best efforts, following a win at Brighton with a good third at Newmarket. That latter effort was all the better as he lost ground when rearing as the stalls opened, doing well to get as close as he did.
Magical Memories is likely to do better still this year, having had just seven starts, and he can make a winning return.

He improved with experience over hurdles last season, putting up his best effort when a staying-on second to the useful AJP Kingdom at Kempton Park in May. He was brought down at the first at the same track on his reappearance, before again staying on well in the closing stages when fourth back at Kempton in November.
